  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address workplace conflicts and grievances promptly, employing conflict resolution techniques to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Ethics and Confidentiality: Uphold ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership HR role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor the HR team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
